Yes. You can switch plans or move between monthly and annual billing anytime from Manage billing. The change takes effect right away, and we credit the unused part of your current plan toward the new one, so you only pay the difference.
You can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for — it just won't renew. Payments aren't refunded, including for annual plans cancelled early; an annual plan simply runs to the end of its year. Credit packs never expire and stay in your account even if you cancel your subscription. If you think you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it promptly.
